LEAD TIME: Standard lead time is approx. 2-3 weeks.
ORDER CANCELATION & CHANGES: Any order cancellations or
changes to an order must be made within one week of the order entry date. Orders
processed and packaged for delivery cannot be changed or cancelled without
incurring a 15% fee or an additional charge.

authorization to return a product. The customer is responsible for all freight
charges on unwanted items that are being returned. Items that are packaged properly and deemed
resalable will be credited to the customer’s account, less 15% restocking
charge. Products that are discontinued or have been assembled are not
returnable.

The customer is responsible for all freight charges on unwanted items that are being returned. Items that are packaged properly and deemed resalable will be credited to the customer’s account, less 25% restocking charge. Products that are discontinued or have been assembled are not returnable.

APPLEGATE FURNITURE SHIPPING POLICY: Items are shipped as soon as
possible. Depending on stock and backorder status it can be anywhere from 1-4
weeks. Applegate Furniture uses FedEx or UPS for most shipping purposes
in the continental United States. Other shipping providers may be used at the
customer’s request but additional charges may apply. Shipping overseas or using
a freight carrier is available please contact us for a quote.
DAMAGED/IMPROPER PRODUCT
POLICY: If a product arrives damaged we will mail out replacement parts. If the
issue cannot be resolved with a new part or if we made an error that cannot be
solved with replacement parts we will pay for return shipping. If you do not
want replacement parts or a replacement product please refer to our return
policy.
RETURN POLICY: If you are
unsatisfied with an item, products can be returned within 30 days of the day it
was shipped for an exchange or a partial refund. We offer free shipping but
please note on returns our actual shipping costs will be deducted from your
refund. Most items will also be subject to a restocking fee. Customers are also
responsible for the return shipping on returned items. We only take returns on
items that are unaltered (unstained and un-weathered) and in the original
packaging. If the reason you are returning an item is our fault and it cannot
be resolved another way we will pay for all return shipping.
